High Speed Automatic 4 – Thread Overlocker Machine

The Jack C4 Sewing machine with 3 easy to change function modes, manual, semi-automatic and automatic. Lubricated needle bar, vibrations and noise reduced to a minimum, Photocells, chain cutter and footlifter included.

Three Sewing Modes 

Automatic : Works through sensors without the use of the pedal

Semi-Automatic: Works with automatic presser foot lifter and automatic chain cutter

Manual: Work with automatic presser foot lifter and automatic chain cutter

Effective Oil Control 

Needle bar and sealed oil pickup system to prevent oil leaks

Voice Guide

Using the machine, it will teach you the various functions itself, if there are errors it will notify you and by clicking the voice button it will suggest how to solve the problem, moreover with a single key you can return to the initial settings.

Single Motor Shaft

Reduced the torque, the machine works more stable

Speed up to 7000 R.P.M

The maximum speed is 7,000rpm, which is 35% faster than a standard machine.

Photocells

Allows you to start and finish the seam automatically, as well as activate the chain cutter and the foot lifter.

Adjustable Overedge

From 6to 10mm

Footlifter and Chain Cutter

Thanks to the photocells, the electronic presser foot lifter and chain cutter are automatic at the end of the seam.
